Product Condition: Refunds are only available for unused, unwashed, undamaged curtains in their original packaging and tags.
Application Time: You can apply for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. We will not be able to process refund requests after this period. - Refund Process
Submit a request: Please submit a refund request through our customer service email address JESSICAWHEATLEY@wheatleysunriseshop.com. The email must include your order number, purchase date, and the reason for the refund.
Refund Confirmation: After receiving your refund request, our customer service team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the refund details.
